Blackout is a Strategic Order in Kards - The WWII CCG.

Hist Blackout

Lancaster bomber of RAF Bomber Command over Hamburg, night of January 30, 1943.

In 1944 German authorities ordered a full blackout in all cities at the sounding of an alert. During other nights they allowed lighting to the equivalent of moonlight and this was conducted in order to obstruct navigation and visibility for Allied bombers during night raids. The day Hitler died, on April 30, 1945, full lighting on the streets of German cities was permitted again.
