Kards - The WWII CCG Wiki

3.7” Anti-Air Gun is a Anti-Aircraft Gun in Kards - The WWII CCG.

3.7-inch gun of 127th Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment, Southwold, Suffolk, October 9, 1944.

The QF 3.7 inch anti-air gun was British made and was the primary heavy AA gun used by the British and Commonwealth forces in WWII. It was equivalent to the German 88 flak gun, and also had a secondary role as an anti-tank gun, but since it was two tonnes heavier than the German counterpart, it was less suitable for the role. The 3.7 inch anti-air gun was used in all major theaters of WWII, except the Eastern front.
